Interactive survey system

CBT has installed a system for measuring the satisfaction of the visitors to the Wine Museum in Briones. Using touchscreens installed in the Museum facilities, the visitors can complete surveys with different aspects of the visit and their experience in the Museum in various languages.

For this project, we have adapted Evalmaster, our solution for the integral management of satisfaction surveys for integration into touchscreen devices. Thus, the users stop filling in surveys on paper and use a more dynamic and reliable system.

This type of solution considerably increases the number of satisfaction surveys completed by the users and helps improve the quality and reliability of the data received.
